Initial 15 minute consultation: No charge

The initial consultation offers the client an opportunity to briefly discuss their concerns and inquire about treatment and the therapist's approach to treatment.

Intake Assessment: $150 per hour (90 minutes)

A full intake assessment will be completed. New clients will be provided access to the patient portal to complete intake packet prior to the scheduled appointment. The intake process will include a mental health history and measurement based assessments.

Therapy Sessions:

All sessions are virtual. The modality of treatment and number of sessions will be based on your presenting concerns. Prior to beginning therapy, the client will be educated on the treatment recommended, expectations of the client, agenda, number of sessions and complete a treatment plan.

Evidence Based Therapies offered are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Social Skills Training, Anger Management, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness and Strengths Based Therapy.

45 minute sessions: $100 per hour

60 minute sessions: $125 per hour

Virtual Groups Only

Social Skills Training Group (June 2023 - August 2023)

$50 per person per session

**Currently not accepting any group self-referrals. Groups will begin in June 2023

Accepting clinical supervisees effective March 2023

Accepting Insurance or Cash Payments

Cash Payments are accepted through Zelle or PayPal. All payments must be completed up to 48 hours prior to scheduled sessions.

Headway processes all insurance claims. Melior Counseling currently accept the following insurance:

• Aetna

• Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas

• Cigna, Oscar Health

• Oxford

• United Healthcare

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that life sometimes happen and you have to cancel your appointment. When cancelling your therapy appointments, please be mindful of our cancellation policy. All therapy appointments MUST be cancelled or rescheduled 24 - 48 hours in advance. If not cancelled within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. No refunds will be provided.
